Site uncertainty
Groundwater occurrence, drilling conditions and final yield cannot be guaranteed from regional information alone. Survey results reduce uncertainty but do not eliminate geological risk.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate site information, lawful access and any documents or permissions assigned to them under the agreed scope. Statutory approvals and third-party charges must be clearly allocated in writing.
